By accessing or using ClinicAI (clinicaimatch.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What ClinicAI Provides

ClinicAI is an independent comparison platform for healthcare AI tools. We provide editorial content, side-by-side comparisons, a moderated practitioner-review submission system, and a recommendation quiz. Our content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Review Submissions

By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review reflects your genuine experience with the tool.
• You will not include any patient information, Protected Health Information (PHI), or personally identifiable information about patients.
• You will not submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam content.
• ClinicAI may edit your review for clarity, formatting, or length, and may decline to publish reviews that do not meet our quality standards.
• Your review may be displayed publicly on the site and used in aggregate analysis (e.g., average ratings, practice context breakdowns).
• You can request removal of your review at any time by contacting hello@clinicaimatch.com.

Affiliate Links & Vendor Relationships

ClinicAI may contain affiliate links to vendor websites, and where it does, a purchase made after clicking one may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. No affiliate programme is active at present — that count is generated from the same data as the list published on our methodology page, and any affiliate link is disclosed on the page carrying it. Commercial relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations: our methodology is applied uniformly to every tool.

Accuracy & Disclaimers

• Tool pricing, features, and compliance status change frequently, and we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. 11 of our 30 active tool profiles carry a re-verification date; the rest state on the profile itself that they have none and should be treated as unconfirmed. Always confirm pricing and terms directly with the vendor before purchasing.
• HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 certification, and other compliance claims listed on ClinicAI reflect what vendors publicly state. We do not independently audit vendor compliance. Practices are responsible for their own compliance due diligence.
• Reviews represent individual practitioners' opinions and experiences. Results may vary based on practice size, specialty, EHR system, and workflow.
• ClinicAI is not a substitute for professional evaluation of software tools for your specific practice needs.

Intellectual Property

Editorial content, comparison articles, scoring methodology, and site design are the property of ClinicAI. User-submitted reviews remain the intellectual property of the reviewer but are licensed to ClinicAI for display and analysis on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

ClinicAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on our content, or interactions with vendors you discover through ClinicAI. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for most users is zero.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our platform evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
